Daily Haiku 052709 – NaiSaiKu!

Thought I would try a NaiSaiKu, which I also count as my daily haiku, which also is using the three words from today’s Three Word Wednesday (dreamy, embrace, timid), enjoy!

dreamy newborn son
offered a timid nipple
embraced in bosom
FIRST NIGHT
embraced in bosom
offered a timid nipple
dreamy newborn son

EDIT: realized the word suggested for use today was DREARY, not DREAMY – but I think I’ll leave it as it is for now!

You took the words and made them so pretty. That had to be hard πŸ™‚ Loved it for its beauty and how it made me feel

I like the beauty in this as well. I wouldn’t change it – just write something else with dreary.

This is beautifully written. I am allowed a glimpse of someone’s first time mothering with this naisaiku. Well done. And, I wouldn’t change dreamy either. It fits well. Dreary would take away from the beauty of this piece. Have a nice day.

Nifty – dreamy works here – dreary wouldn’t at all! πŸ™‚ Vivid image.

This is so tender, and so well written.

Maybe you would like to post it at The NaiSaiKu Challenge? site, so all our readers can enjoy it.
